In recent years, X-ray photography has been widely used in dental treatment and examinations. X-ray photography is performed using an X-ray film package inserted into the mouth and vagina. After X-ray photography, a developing and fixing solution is injected into the X-ray film package to develop and fix the X-ray film. .
Hereinafter, the X-ray film package will be explained with reference to the drawings.

Conventionally, the development of the X-ray film 1 after X-ray photography has been carried out as follows. That is, first, prepare a syringe, inhale the required amount of developer from the developer container into the syringe, then insert the needle of the syringe into the package 2 from an appropriate position in the package 2, and then insert the needle into the package 2. A developing solution was injected into the package 2.

However, since such a method involves a syringe in the middle, it is not only very difficult to handle, but also because the developer is transferred from the container to the syringe once, there is a risk that the developer will get on your hands. It is difficult to aspirate an appropriate amount of developer into a syringe, and there is always an excess or shortage of developer.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. First, the liquid extraction needle 28 is penetrated through the sealing part 8 of the container 5, and then inserted into the container 5. In this state, the engaging portion 29 and the neck 6 of the container 5 are pressed into engagement, and the protrusion 30 of the engaging portion 29 is fitted into the recess 7 of the neck 6, whereby the main body 10 and the container 5 are fixed to each other. Ru. Here, when grasping the grip part 23 and pulling the puller 19 toward you (to the right in the figure) with your fingers, the puller 19 rotates counterclockwise around the pin 20 and moves the pusher 21 to the left. let Therefore, the piston rod 13 is pushed, and the piston 12 moves to the left to discharge the air inside the cylinder portion 11 to the outside of the main body through the valve chamber 15, the injection portion 18, and the injection needle 31 while pushing the valve body 16.

Next, when the finger on the puller 19 is released, the piston 12 is pushed by the spring 14 and returns to the illustrated position, and the puller 19 is also returned to the illustrated position via the pusher 21 pushed back by the piston rod 13. . Due to such return operation of the piston 12, the valve body 16 is pressed by the spring 17 and closes the discharge port of the cylinder portion 11, so that a larger negative pressure is generated inside the cylinder portion 11 as the piston 12 moves to the right. Therefore, the developing processing solution in the container 5 is sucked up from the tip of the liquid extraction needle 28 .
The ball 26 is pushed up against the spring 27 and flows into the cylinder part 11 through the hollow part 24 and the communication passage 25. The developing processing liquid is in the cylinder part 11.
When the inside of the liquid extraction needle 28 is filled, the ball 26 is pressed by the spring 27 to close the communication part between the liquid extraction needle 28 and the hollow part 24.

In this state, when the injection needle 31 is inserted into the X-ray film package and the puller 19 is pulled, the piston 12 moves to the left as described above, and the developing processing liquid sealed in the cylinder section 11 is released. Valve body 16 with spring 1
7 and flows into the X-ray film package through the valve chamber 15, injection section 18, and injection needle 31, whereby the X-ray film is developed. Remove the injection needle 31 from the X-ray film package,
When the finger on the puller 19 is released, the valve body 16 closes, and as the piston 12 is returned to its original position by the spring 14, the processing solution in the container 5 is further discharged to the solution extraction needle 2.

Since the container 5 is sealed by the sealing part 8 and the ball 26, when the developing processing solution is used and the developing processing solution in the container 5 decreases, the container 5 will respond due to its flexibility. It is deformed by the pressure of the atmosphere. Therefore, the development processing solution can be extracted without any trouble without generating negative pressure in the container 5 and without introducing air into the container 5.

In addition, the processing solution in the container 5 is directly injected into the X-ray film package without using a syringe, making it extremely easy to handle and preventing the solution from leaking or coming into contact with the outside air. can prevent adhesion and deterioration. Furthermore, if the volume of the cylinder portion 11 is determined according to the injection amount, an appropriate amount of the developing processing liquid can be injected, and there will be no excess or deficiency of the liquid.

As described above, in the present invention, the developing solution is sucked up from a sealed flexible container into the cylinder part of the main body through the liquid extraction needle, and then injected into the X-ray film package through the injection needle. As a result, the developing solution can be directly injected without using a syringe, the injection operation is easy, and there is no risk of the solution leaking or coming into contact with the outside air.
Furthermore, since the container is flexible, the developing solution can be smoothly sucked up into the cylinder portion without introducing outside air into the container, and deterioration of the solution can be prevented.
