Therefore, in the past, this type of underfloor food storage tank was constructed by erecting a large diameter concrete pipe or the like to serve as the storage tank.
Alternatively, a mold is formed under the floor and concrete is poured to create the desired storage tank.

However, since the installation of such food storage tanks is usually done after flooring has been installed, the removal of the flooring is a prerequisite for installing the storage tank, making construction extremely difficult using conventional methods. It was also subject to many construction constraints.

The storage tank according to the present invention was specially devised in view of such practical construction problems, and is extremely lightweight compared to conventional concrete pipes, etc., making it suitable for use in narrow spaces such as kitchens. It enables easy transportation and installation on the under-floor surface by removing the minimum necessary flooring material, eliminates the need for molding or other construction on the under-floor surface, and makes it easy to carry out such construction. It also eliminates the need for work space,
This is to ensure that inconveniences such as damage to the flooring caused by the installation of food storage tanks are completely eliminated.

In addition, as a matter of course, in the conventional method, it is necessary to pour concrete or mold the bottom of the tank in order to match the level of the installed storage tank with the lower surface of the flooring material, which requires a lot of labor and time. The construction required special techniques.

The storage tank according to the present invention eliminates such inconveniences due to factory-produced standards and mass production, and also allows for simple and reliable installation of the storage tank as a finished product by simply modifying the bottom surface of the installation floor of the tank. The following specific examples and considerable design changes accompanying these examples are planned.

A typical embodiment of the storage tank according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a peripheral wall of the tank, and the peripheral wall 1 is made of a synthetic resin material such as polystyrene, polyurethane, or other foamed synthetic resin material 1a sealed therein. It is made of German chip panel material, and has an outer peripheral surface layer 1b,
The inner peripheral surface layer 1c is constructed as a reinforced concrete layer mixed with short fibers such as alkali-resistant glass fiber or carbon fiber.

The tank peripheral wall 1 can be formed by sequentially laminating the outer peripheral layer 1b, the foamed synthetic resin material 1a, and the inner peripheral layer 1c, or by using the foamed synthetic resin material 1a as a base material and forming a layer on the surface of the resin material 1a. Outer circumferential surface tank 1b, inner circumferential surface tank 1c
In the case where the reinforced concrete is laminated by spraying, painting or other methods, the outer peripheral surface tank 1b and the inner peripheral surface tank 1c are created by using the reinforced concrete and leaving a gap filled with the resin material 1a. Various cases are planned, such as a case where the resin material 1a is filled and foamed.

A tank is constituted by a tank peripheral wall 1 having such a structure, and a hole 2 is provided in the side surface of the peripheral wall 1, and a material 4 with good air permeability such as a filter, foamed synthetic resin, sponge, glass wool, etc. is sealed in this hole. This design effectively prevents cold air from blowing in during ventilation.

Next, the installation surface 3 is corrected so that the tank is leveled with the lower surface of the floorboard, and after the tank is installed in that area, a cover plate 5, which is shared with the floorboard, is placed over the opening surface of the tank.

This cover plate 5 is filled with a heat insulating material 5a to prevent warm air from the indoor side from being transmitted into the tank and from cold air from the tank side to the indoor side, and also serves as a floor material surface. In order to provide strength, both sides are made of fiber reinforced concrete plates 5b, 5b.

The storage tank according to the present invention has a unique structure as described above, in particular, the tank itself is filled with laminated foamed synthetic resin material 1a as a heat insulating material to form a complete heat insulating structure. By enclosing and protecting the heat insulating material with concrete, damage or staining of the heat insulating material is reliably prevented.

In addition, since the two-layer box-shaped peripheral wall 1 is constructed with the products 1b and 1c of the front and back surfaces, the strength characteristics are particularly good, but the tank itself is extremely lightweight,
It is particularly easy to transport, install, etc.

Furthermore, the structure of the peripheral wall 1 makes it resistant to rodent damage, and the amount of perspiration on the inner peripheral wall surface is extremely low, making it ideal for long-term food storage.

The hole 2 is provided to prevent the stored vegetables from getting stuffy and rotting. It also prevents the stored vegetables from freezing due to the inflow of cold air through the hole 2, and at the same time prevents the stored vegetables from freezing when the cover plate 5 is opened. In order to eliminate the risk of direct flow of water into the room, the material 4 is especially sealed in the hole 2 to moderate ventilation.
