[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a microwave heating sheet for packaging food, and particularly to a microwave heating sheet for browning the surface of food by microwave heating.

<Prior art and its problems> Various methods of browning foods using microwave heating have been tried in the past, and in particular, methods of bringing food into contact with a microwave heating element made of a laminate including a thin film layer of metal vapor deposition have been attempted. A method of browning the contact area is widely known as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 15548/1983.

However, depending on the food to be heated, the heating method, etc., if the contact between the microwave heating element and the food is poor, it takes a long time to brown the food, and there are drawbacks such as uneven browning. Also, for browning, add a thin layer of metal evaporation to approx.
It must be formed to a thickness that has an electrical resistivity of Ω/square inch (approximately 700 Å or less if the metal used is aluminum), and to form such a thickness by vacuum deposition, it is usually evaporated. Because the base film is fed at high speed, it is difficult to precisely control its thickness, resulting in uneven vapor deposition. The drawback is that it can occur.

<Problems to be Solved> The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems. It has a simple configuration, can be browned in a short time by microwave heating, and does not cause uneven browning. It provides a heat generating sheet.

<Means for solving the problem> The problem was solved by wrapping the food in a microwave heating sheet made by laminating a heat-resistant shrink film having a thin metal-deposited film layer on a base material and heating the food with microwaves.

However, since the metal in the thin film layer of metal vapor deposition hardly shrinks, the density of its particles becomes denser than before shrinkage, and the unevenness of vapor deposition becomes less.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the present invention, which is a microwave heating sheet A in which a shrinkable polyester film 1 having a 30 Å aluminum vapor-deposited layer 2 is laminated on a paper 3. This is a microwave heating sheet A provided with fixing portions 4 that are partially fixed in the pattern shown in FIG.

When this microwave heating sheet A is shrunk, a shrinkable polyester film 1 is formed as shown in FIG.
The part shrinks, but since the aluminum in the aluminum vapor deposited layer 2 hardly shrinks, the density of the particles becomes denser, and the paper 3 also hardly shrinks, so the parts are fixed in a fixed pattern rather than the entire surface. It is preferable to do so. With such a configuration, wrinkles occur in the paper 2 as the base material when the shrinkable polyester film 1 shrinks, but it not only makes it easier to shrink the shrinkable polyester film 1, but also prevents it from peeling off when shrinking. can also be prevented.

Here, in the above embodiment, if a shrinkable polyester film having the same thickness and the same shrinkage rate as the shrinkable polyester film 1 is used as the base material, there is no need for partial fixation.
