(1) 発明の技術分野
本発明は磁気ヘツドの製造方法に関し、特にそ

れる。浮力はサイドスライダレール4及び4′に
よつて発生し、ばね5と釣合つて磁気ヘツド7に
一定の浮上量を与えている。この状態において、
磁気ヘツド7と磁気デイスク6とは磁気的に情報
の交換を行なうのである。この場合磁気デイスク
のトラツクに対し磁気ヘツドのセンタースライダ
レール2が一致していないと書き込み又は読み出
し信号が弱くなる。このため磁気デイスクのトラ
ツクと磁気ヘツドのセンタースライダレールある
いはサイドスライダレールの端面の方向を一致さ

ム15の基準面15aを基準ブロツク11の基準
面11aに当接して固定支持し、ガラス板12の
2本の平行線19,20内にスライダレールが納
まるように前記ばね板17をアーム15に固定す
ることを特徴とする磁気ヘツドの製造方法を提供
