Laminated interior materials of various shapes, planar or three-dimensional, are used, which have an approximately three-layer structure of a hardened base material, a cushion material, and a surface material, and have inserts. In this case, the cured base material itself has a certain hardness and functions to support the laminated interior material for automobiles in the desired shape, and the inserts are used to form the laminated interior material after molding. It functions when attaching a material to an automobile body, when attaching other accessory parts to a laminated interior material after molding, when reinforcing the laminated interior material itself after molding, etc.

A molding method is used in which polyurethane foam is layered with cloth, leather, etc. as a surface material, molded in this state using a high-frequency welder, and then metal or plastic parts are attached as inserts.

Furthermore, since the inserts are attached after molding, there are constraints from the shape, making the attachment work troublesome and the attachment strength insufficient.

する点にある。 The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional methods described above and provides a method for integrally molding a laminated interior material for automobiles having inserts, which meets such demands.
The purpose is to use a base material containing a carrier impregnated with a liquid softening polyurethane resin, position the inserts, the base material, cushion material, and surface material in the mold, and attach them at the same time as integral molding. This improves molding efficiency and shape adaptability,
It also aims to improve the installation work and installation strength of inserts.

At this time, an adhesive is applied between the cushion material and the surface material, and a catalyst is applied to the base material. The inserts are then integrally molded by heat compression and hardened at the same time. It consists of being attached to a base material. In order for the cured base material after molding to better perform its functions, when the base material is impregnated with a liquid curable polyurethane resin and consists of a carrier and a reinforcing material, the liquid curable polyurethane resin is used for reinforcement. This includes cases where the liquid curable polyurethane resin is a polyurethane prepolymer.

Isocyanates such as tolylene diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate,
It consists of a crosslinking agent and the like, and these can be foamed and hardened by adding a catalyst and, if necessary, water as a foaming agent. A polyurethane prepolymer, which is formed by reacting the polyol and the isocyanate in advance, is more preferable because it is easy to handle and cures quickly.

A reinforcing material such as gold cloth, nonwoven fabric, wire mesh, or paper is superimposed on a carrier, or a reinforcing material made of inorganic powder such as glass chips or shirasu balloons is mixed into the liquid curable polyurethane resin as described above. It is better to use one that has been impregnated.

The conditions during this time vary depending on the type of materials used and the desired characteristics of the laminated interior material for automobiles.
In general, molding conditions using thermal compression are sufficient; for example, thermal compression is performed at 50 to 100° C. for about 5 to 15 minutes.
