As shown in the figure, the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 2 are opposed to each other so as to form a molding space with a predetermined thickness, and a sealing material 3 is interposed between the peripheries of the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 2, and the clamp is Clamp with metal fittings 4.

In the case of the former cast molding method, it is necessary to reduce the viscosity of the slurry in order to fill the entire molding space with the slurry, and the slurry needs to have a low viscosity throughout the entire volume. Therefore, there was a problem that the resin ratio of the slurry was high and the cost of raw materials was high.

There was a problem that I couldn't solve.

In order to solve the above problems, this invention fills a lower mold with slurry, then pushes it down to a predetermined position in the upper mold, first semi-cures or hardens the slurry at room temperature or by heating, and then The molding space on the vertical surface is filled with slurry and cured accordingly.

As described above, according to the cast molding method of the present invention, after filling the lower mold with slurry, the upper mold is pushed down to first semi-cure or harden the slurry, and then fill the vertical molding space. Since the slurry is filled and subsequently cured, the slurry first filled in the lower mold is limited to the flat part. Therefore, the pressurizing force becomes extremely small, and the mold does not require rigidity, so a thin plate mold or a thin-walled mold can be used, and the weight and cost of the mold can be reduced.
また、先行注入するスラリーは、高粘度でも使
