【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、オーブン内にフアンによつて強制的
に対流を生じさせて食品を加熱調理する形式のオ

2からオーブン室1内に吹き出すと共にオーブン
室内の熱気も前記フアンにより強制循環させ、一
部を排気路4から排出させるようにしたものであ
