Usually, as shown in Fig. 1, an upper stile 1 and a lower stile 2 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the entrance, respectively.
A door 4 is brought into contact with these frames 1 and 2 via a gasket 3. However, in such a soundproof door, since the lower stile 2 protrudes from the floor 5, the lower stile 2 obstructs passage and is dangerous if tripped.

得られなかつた。 For example, the soundproof doors shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b are known as soundproof doors that solve this problem. A packing material 11 that can move up and down is stored on the bottom surface of the door 10, and a rod 12 that can move back and forth is provided on the free end side of the door 10.
During the closing operation of 0, the rod 12 abuts against the vertical frame 13 and sinks into the door 10, thereby lowering the packing material 11 and pressing it against the floor 5. However, although such a soundproof door has the advantage that the lower stile mentioned above can be eliminated, it has the disadvantage that a sufficient soundproofing effect cannot be obtained. That is, the rod 12 is structurally
It is necessary to convert the horizontal movement of the packing material 11 into a vertical downward movement using levers, cams, etc. installed inside the door 10, which requires a considerably large force, and the larger this force is, the more The reaction when the vertical frame 13 pushes the rod 12 is the door 10
Since it works in the opening direction, the vertical frame 13 and door 1
A gap G was likely to be generated between the two and 0, and a sufficient sound insulation effect could not be obtained.

This idea was made in view of the above-mentioned points. An arm is disposed inside the door, and the middle of this arm is rotatably supported by a shaft provided on the door. A rotation habit imparting means for rotating the lower end of the arm in the opposite direction to the door closing direction is disposed near the axis, and a packing material is disposed at the lower end of the arm, so that the door can move forward and backward with respect to the door. The inner end thereof is connected to the upper end of the arm, and when the door is closed, it comes into contact with the door frame and is pressed, thereby sinking into the door and causing the arm to move against the imparted rotational behavior. A slide pin that rotates in the opposite direction is provided, and when the door is closed, the arm is rotated by the slide pin against the rotational behavior so that the packing material contacts the floor, and the arm is rotated so that the packing material contacts the floor. The shaft, the packing material, and the contact portion of the packing material with the floor are arranged substantially in a straight line in the vertical direction, and the door,
The present invention provides a soundproof door device that improves the sound insulation effect by closing the gap between the door frame and the floor.

ている。 Fig. 3 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the soundproof door device according to this invention, Fig. 4 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the main part of the door, and Fig. 5 is taken along the line V-V in Fig. 3. It is an enlarged sectional view. In these figures, 20 is a door formed of a front part 21 facing the hallway side, a rear part 22 facing the indoor side, etc., and one end of this door 20 is the entrance 2.
It is pivotally attached to a door frame (vertical frame) 23 forming a door frame 4 via a hinge 25 so as to be freely openable and closable, and a handle 26 on the hallway side and a handle 27 on the indoor side linked thereto are attached to the other end. Further, on the other end side of the door 20, there is a slide pin 30 which is movable in the lower part of the interior and which protrudes outward from the rear surface part 22, and a padding made of rubber or the like at the lower end, which is rotatably supported by a shaft 31. An arm 32 that holds one end of the material 33 is provided. The arm 32 is given a counterclockwise rotational behavior in FIG. 5 by a torsion coil spring 34 attached to the shaft 31, so that the arm 32 normally rotates downward to the right as shown by the solid line when the door is opened. The packing material 33 is tilted away from the floor 5. A longitudinally long elongated hole 39 is provided at the upper end of the arm 32.
A pin 40 protruding from the inner end of the slide pin 30 is engaged in the elongated hole 39 . Therefore, the slide pin 30 is biased in the direction of protruding from the inside of the door 20 to the outside due to the rotational behavior of the arm 32 due to the acting force of the torsion coil spring 34.

It is fixedly held at the lower end of another arm (not shown) that is rotatably disposed in the lower part of the interior. In addition, in the figure, 45 is a wall, 46 is glass wool, and 47 is a stopper. Further, since the torsion coil spring 34 only needs to have a force sufficient to rotate the arm 32 by a small angle, the spring force is relatively weak.

When the door 20 is closed, the slide pin 30 is attached to the door frame 2.

3 and the contact portion of the packing material 33 with the floor are positioned substantially in a straight line in the vertical direction, thus bringing the packing material 33 into contact with the floor 5. Fifth
The dashed line in the figure shows this state. In this case, since the horizontal movement of the slide pin 30 is converted into a rotational movement of the arm 32, the frictional force is smaller than that of vertical movement, and therefore the packing material 33 can be moved smoothly with a relatively small force. , the reaction at the time of closing can be reduced, and this reaction does not generate a rotational moment of the shaft 31, so there is no possibility that the door 20 will open. As a result, the gap between the door 20, the floor 5, and the door frame 23 can be reliably closed, improving the sound insulation effect.

As explained above, in the soundproof door device according to this invention, when the door is closed, the slide pin is recessed into the door to rotate the arm into a substantially vertical state, and the packing material provided at the lower end of the arm is placed on the floor. Since the packing material is configured to be in contact with each other, the packing material can be operated smoothly with a relatively small force, and the axis of the arm, the packing material, and the contact part of the packing material with the floor are located substantially in a straight line in the vertical direction. Therefore, no rotational moment is generated on the shaft due to the reaction force of the packing material, and the gap between the door, the floor, and the door frame can be reliably closed. Therefore, the sound insulation performance is improved compared to conventional devices, and since a lower stile is not required, there is no chance of tripping and injury, making it suitable for use in general homes.
