一般にドリツプ式コーヒ抽出装置は、第1図に
示すように基台2の上に水タンク1を構築し、水
タンタ1の底面に逆止弁6を介してパイプ4の一
端を接続し、このパイプ4の途中に加熱器3を設
けるとともに、その他端を水タンク1の側壁に沿
わせて立上がらせた後、前記加熱器3の上に載置
した容器7のコーヒーバスケツト8の上方に対向
開口させて構成してある。而して水タンク1から
流れ込んだ水を加熱器3で加熱し沸騰させその膨
張力でパイプ4内を上昇させ、その開口部5より
コーヒーバスケツト8内に徐々に噴出させる。コ
ーヒーバスケツト8のコーヒー粉にまんべんなく
浸透して抽出されたコーヒー液は容器7の中に自
然落下し、水タンク1内の水がなくなるまで継続
される。しかし水タンク1内の水量の一部はコー
ヒー粉に含まれたまま残り、従つて水タンク1内
の水量よりでき上がつた容器7内のコーヒー液の
量が少なくなる欠点があつた。更にパイプ4の開
口部5から噴出する熱湯をコーヒーバスケツト8
内のコーヒー粉に均一に分散してふり注がなけれ
ば十分コーヒー液が抽出できない欠点があつた。
従つて好みのコーヒー液を抽出しようとすればい
きおい、コーヒー粉を多くする必要性が生じ不経

トされた回転抽出器50を回転抽出装置の左側に
設けた円状側壁21に内接して嵌合させると、円
状側壁21に設けられた係止溝29に回転抽出器
50の係止片33が係止されると同時に回転抽出
装置の回転結合器27と回転抽出器50の回転結
合器37が結合する。つぎに貯水タンク14内に
所定量の水を入れると水は排水孔15より導水管
16、環状湯沸管18に充満され、スイツチ45
をオンにすると、加熱器3が通電される。加熱器
3の温度上昇と共に加熱器3内の環状湯沸管18
に充満した水の温度も上昇し、その沸騰水圧が高
くなると湯導管23を通つてその先端より高温の
湯が滴下しはじめる。なお導水管16と排水孔1
5の間に逆止弁が設けてあり環状湯沸管18内の
高温の湯が貯水タンク14内に逆流しない構造と
なつている。湯導管23の先端より滴下した高温
の湯は回転抽出器50の蓋体41の突出し部42
を通過した後複数個設けられた透し窓44を通つ
て平均的に分散して回転槽34内に滴下する。そ
してコーヒー粉に十分浸潤した後に電動機25が
回転すると回転槽34も回転し、コーヒー液はフ
イルター47を透過し徐々に凹部38に沿つて上
昇し孔39より外に飛散し回転抽出器50の底部
に集収され底部抽出口31より容器46内に落下
する。以上の回転抽出動作は貯水タンク部14の
水がなくなるまで続けられ、水がなくなると加熱
器3の温度が上昇し近傍に設けられた温度過昇防
止が働いて電動機25への通電を断ち回転抽出作
業が終了する。尚導水管16、湯沸管18、湯導

ターを具備したいわゆるコーヒーミルを別部品と
して取付けてミル付コーヒー抽出装置として使用
