However, there is an upward flow in front of Rack C, and the gas is warmed by the body temperature of the animals kept and rises, so the flow rate passing through the upper and lower stages of Rack C is not constant, and the flow rate increases. All of the flow passes through the rack and is not discharged, passing through the top of the rack c and reaching the ceiling d.
, there is gas that circulates and is attracted by the blowout flow, and the amount of upward flow is different at the bottom and top of rack c. It has been experimentally confirmed that the water flows back into the room once again.

実験用動物飼育室を開発した。 Therefore, the applicant of the present invention filed Japanese Patent Application No. 59-40843.
As stated in the issue, air conditioning outlets and suction ports that open toward the floor are installed on the ceiling of the breeding room at appropriate intervals, and the floor space between these outlets and suction ports is installed on the ceiling of the breeding room. A rack having a plurality of shelves parallel to the surface is erected, and an opening adjustment lid for adjusting the degree of opening is provided at each stage opening on the inflow side or outflow side of the airflow passing between the shelves of the rack. We have developed a laboratory animal breeding room with the following features.

点があつた。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such a breeding room, the opening adjustment lid is easily installed, and a ceiling board or end board is installed between the periphery of the rack and the room wall, so it is difficult to clean the rack. It is difficult to carry the rack outside when cleaning or disinfecting the rack, and since there is an adjustable lid, it is difficult to wash and disinfect the rack; There were problems such as the need to adjust the degree of opening each time, which was very time-consuming.

とするものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) As shown in the drawings corresponding to the embodiments, the experimental animal breeding room of the present invention is equipped with a blower outlet and a suction port for air conditioning. A partition wall is erected between the side wall of the rearing chamber between the outlet and the suction port, and the rearing chamber is divided into a side chamber and a work chamber by vertically providing a partition wall with adjustable openings at desired intervals in the vertical direction. , a rack having a plurality of steps and whose surface facing the side chamber or the working chamber is completely open is formed separately from the partition wall, and this rack is placed in either the side chamber or the working chamber. The rack is characterized in that it is arranged upright and its open side is removably attached to the partition wall, and each step of the rack is communicated with the opening of the partition wall.

The rack 10 alone is removed separately from the partition wall 8, and transported outside for cleaning and disinfection. At this time, even if multiple racks are installed side by side and one of them is removed, there will be no change in the air flow passing through the opening in the partition wall in the removed part, and the air flow will be under the same conditions as the installed rack. It does not have any negative impact on breeding in other racks.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, this partition wall 8 is provided with a plurality of slits 9 at desired intervals in the vertical direction, and these slits 9 are elongated and open in the horizontal direction. In addition, the breeding room 1 is divided into a central room 13 where researchers and breeders work, and a side room 14 where cleaning and disinfection are performed by the partition wall 8. While the mouth 7 is exposed, the air outlet 6 is exposed above the side chamber 14. This partition wall 8 has columns 21 erected at appropriate intervals between the ceiling 2 and the floor 4 in parallel with the side walls 4, 4, and the upper and lower ends of these columns 21 are connected to the ceiling 2 with bolts 22 or the like. It is removably fixed to the floor 4 and is provided between adjacent pillars erected in this way.

The partition wall 8 is constructed by sequentially constructing the slits 9 between the pillars and removably fixing them to the pillars 21 with screws or the like at both ends. At this time, the slits 9, 9...9 provided in the vertical direction are provided so as to be approximately equal to the interval between the shelves (tiers) of the rack 10, and the opening width of the slit 9 is the vertical width dimension of the blind plate 23. This can be changed by arbitrarily adjusting the mounting position with respect to the pillar using the screws 25 and the like.

The vertical movement can be adjusted by screwing the bolt 28 into the blind plate 23, and the one shown in FIGS. The opening adjusting lid 15 was installed between the plates, and the opening adjusting lid 15 was attached to the blind plate using long holes 27 and bolts 28 in the same way as described above so as to be able to move up and down freely, and holes were drilled in the center of the opening adjusting lid 15 at appropriate intervals. The degree of opening of the large number of holes 29 can be adjusted by adjusting the protruding length of the edge of the blind plate 23.

The liquid increases in volume, enters the side chamber 14, rises to the suction port 7 of the ceiling 2, and is discharged. At this time, if the degree of opening of the slit in the partition wall 8 is made narrower toward the lower slit using the opening adjustment lid 15, air will be less likely to come out in the lower part, and the flow rate of the upward flow in the central chamber 13 will be reduced. This makes it difficult for the flow rate to decrease, making it possible to increase the upward flow rate.

Although the rack 10 is installed on the side of the central chamber 13 with respect to the partition wall 8, the rack 10 may also be installed on the front surface of the partition wall 8. The air flow state in this case is opposite to that described in the above two examples. Although the slits 9 are shown opening at the lower part of each stage of the rack 10, they may be opened at the upper part or the upper and lower parts. In short, any means can be used as long as the opening amount can be adjusted. The opening adjustment lid 15 may be the same.

In this case, the higher the slit is, the more By forming the rack narrowly, air can uniformly flow into the rack.

The breeding room is divided into a side room and a work room by erecting partition walls with vertically spaced partition walls arranged at desired intervals,
Furthermore, a rack having a plurality of steps and whose surface facing the side chamber or the working chamber is completely open is formed separately from the partition wall, and this rack is attached to either the side chamber or the working chamber. The rack is installed vertically, and its open side is removably attached to the partition wall, and each step of the rack is configured to communicate with the opening in the partition wall. Since it is formed separately from the partition wall that has an opening in the rack, when cleaning or disinfecting the rack, only the rack can be removed from the partition wall and carried outside. Since the rack is completely open on both sides facing the side room or work room and only has a stepped section, it is easy to wash and disinfect the rack. By bringing the rack into the room again and placing it in close contact with the partition wall, the open end of each rack can be communicated with each opening in the partition wall, allowing approximately equal airflow to flow through each rack. It is possible.

Since airflow under the same conditions does not pass through and change the breeding environment, animals can be kept in other racks without any problems.
