Furthermore, the applicant's prior invention, JP-K-Kokoku-Sho 54-
In 36925, after the foamed plastic is impregnated with cement emulsion, a part of the cement emulsion is removed and cured to harden, and the foamed plastic impregnated with the cement emulsion is bent once before the cement emulsion is completely hardened. However, a noncombustible material plate has been proposed in which the cement layer is restored to a flat state and the cement emulsion is completely hardened, thereby forming continuous cracks in the cement layer on the membrane surrounding the foamed plastic cells.

Furthermore, in the case of the non-combustible material plate of Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-36925, it is possible to reduce the generation of cement fine powder when bending the non-combustible material plate during construction. However, after squeezing out some of the cement emulsion from the foamed plastic, it was simply left to cure, so if the foamed plastic was bent before the cement emulsion had completely hardened, the cement emulsion would become part of the foamed plastic. The foamed plastic was unevenly distributed on the sides, making it impossible to form continuous cracks throughout the foamed plastic, and in areas where the cement emulsion impregnation rate was significantly high, there was a problem that fine powder was still generated when used after curing. . In addition, if the cement emulsion impregnated into the foamed plastic is bent during the semi-hardening stage, it is necessary to grasp a portion of the foamed plastic.
At this time, stress is concentrated in the gripped area of the foamed plastic, so that most of the cement emulsion in this area comes out, and the cement emulsion hardens at this point as well, forming a thick cement layer. As a result, uniform fire resistance cannot be achieved over the entire noncombustible material plate, and the durability is also lacking.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, a foamed plastic board is put into a forced rotation tank filled with cement emulsion, and the cement emulsion is quickly applied to the foamed plastic board. a step of impregnating the foamed plastic board impregnated with the cement emulsion, a step of transporting the foamed plastic board impregnated with the cement emulsion to the decemented emulsion section, and a step of applying the foamed plastic board impregnated with the cement emulsion in the decemented emulsion section with a relatively low pressing force. A step of squeezing out a part of the cement emulsion in the compressed air bubbles, a step of curing and hardening the foamed plastic board by turning the foamed plastic board upside down during curing of the foamed plastic board from which a part of the cement emulsion has been squeezed out, Before the cement emulsion contained in the foam is completely hardened, the foamed plastic board is introduced onto a corrugated conveyor, the foamed plastic board is deformed into a corrugated shape and conveyed, and the foamed plastic board is restored to a flat state and the cement is transferred. The method includes a step of continuing curing and hardening until the emulsion is completely hardened to form a cement layer surrounding the air bubbles.

(Function) By configuring as described above, the foamed plastic board from which a portion of the cement emulsion has been squeezed out is turned upside down during curing, so that the cement emulsion is not unevenly distributed on the foamed plastic board, and the foamed plastic board is not unevenly distributed. Even when the foamed plastic board is bent before the cement emulsion impregnated in the plastic board is completely hardened, no de-cemented emulsion area is produced, so that the plastic membrane surrounding the air bubbles in the foamed plastic board is substantially covered. A cement layer can be formed without any variation. In addition, since the foamed plastic board can be impregnated with the cement emulsion simply by placing the foamed plastic board in the forced rotation tank, it is much easier to impregnate the foamed plastic board with the cement emulsion while deaerating the foamed plastic board as is known in the art. Therefore, the work process can be simplified.

(Example) The method for manufacturing a noncombustible material board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples shown in the accompanying drawings. Referring to FIG. 1, in this manufacturing method, a foamed plastic plate of a desired size is first transferred via a first conveyor 1 into a forced rotation tank 4 filled with cement emulsion 2 and equipped with a rotor 3. Insert 5. In the forced rotation tank 4, the cement emulsion 2 is forced to flow by the rotor 3 which rotates periodically, and this flow action causes the foamed plastic board 5 to be sufficiently infiltrated with the cement emulsion without any special degassing. In addition, the cement emulsion 2 is substantially uniformly impregnated throughout. The foamed plastic 51 impregnated with the cement emulsion 2 is conveyed via the second conveyor 6 to the de-cement emulsion section 7.

Foamed plastic board 5 which was further turned upside down
3 is placed on the corrugated conveyor 15 before the impregnated cement emulsion cures and hardens, without concentrating stress on a part of the foamed plastic board 53, as is clear from FIG. Convey the whole thing in a curved manner. In the illustrated embodiment, the foamed plastic sheet 53 can then be corrugated several times on the corrugating conveyor 15, so that the foamed plastic sheet 53 is curved substantially uniformly. The foamed plastic board 54, which has been continuously deformed with a certain curvature as described above, is placed on the final stage conveyor 16 and restored to a flat state again, and the foamed plastic board 54 is continued until the cement emulsion is completely hardened. 53 is cured and hardened.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the method for manufacturing a noncombustible material board according to the present invention configured as described above, (1) uneven distribution of cement emulsion or de-cementation is caused in the foamed plastic board impregnated with cement emulsion during the manufacturing process. Since no emulsion area is generated, a cement layer can be formed substantially homogeneously on the plastic membrane surrounding the air bubbles in the completed noncombustible material board, and sufficient fire resistance and sound insulation properties can be obtained. Durability can also be greatly improved.

(2) As the cement layer is formed homogeneously without uneven distribution, many continuous V-shaped cracks can be smoothly formed over the entire noncombustible material board, making it highly flexible. Virtually no fine powder is generated even when the noncombustible material plate is bent during construction (3) Since the quality of the finished product is stable, the yield can be significantly improved and productivity can be greatly improved (4) Since the foamed plastic can be fully impregnated with cement emulsion without having to be degassed, and a portion of the cement emulsion can be squeezed out in the next step, the manufacturing process can be simplified and automated.(5) As is clear from Figure 1, with the abbreviation of the manufacturing process, various manufacturing processes can be combined into a series of production lines, making it extremely easy to establish a mass production system. It is something to be achieved.
