Conventionally, a bituminous sheet-like material for the purpose of damping vibration is heat-fused to the floor surface of an automobile using the furnace temperature of an intermediate coating drying oven, and carpet or cushioning material is applied on top of it in the outfitting line. A laminate of carpet and carpet was used. Another method is to replace the backing layer of a tufted carpet with a thin polyethylene layer, which is placed on an automobile floor in combination with a cushioning material, by using a composition consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a filler during the carpet manufacturing process. Attempts have been made to use a material coated thicker than conventional methods in order to achieve a damping effect.

However, in the case of the former, the weight of the vehicle increases, going against the trend of weight reduction, and in the case of the latter, it is difficult to obtain high sound insulation properties because there is a limit to the amount of filler mixed in, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer A drawback of increasing the film thickness of the composition is that it becomes extremely expensive.

Bituminous sheet materials are made of talc, calcium carbonate, clay, and barium sulfate in a binder made by heating and melting and mixing one or more of straight asphalt and blown asphalt, synthetic resin such as petroleum resin for modification, and rubber components such as SBR. binder etc.
A blend of 60 to 250 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight is used. The thermoplastic resin sheet laminated on both sides of the bituminous sheet may be a sheet of polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin, etc., and the film thickness of the sheet is preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mm. . During the production of the bituminous sheet, the sheet is brought into contact with the top and bottom of the bituminous sheet and laminated by pressure while the sheet still has a softening property.

The cushion material used in the present invention may be a bulky nonwoven fabric or needle felt, and the bulky nonwoven fabric is a mixture of one or more of animal, vegetable, synthetic resin, and mineral discontinuous fiber materials. The binder is mainly composed of a thermosetting resin, and it is important that the binder is almost cured to have sound absorption and cushioning properties. Needle felt is one of animal, vegetable, synthetic resin and mineral discontinuous fiber materials.
It may be obtained by needle punching a fleece made of seeds or a mixture of two or more seeds. The bulky nonwoven fabric and needle felt in this state have a thickness of 8 to 50 mm, and an areal density of 0.4 to 4 Kg/m 2
It is preferable that it is in the range of .

A cushion material such as the bulky nonwoven fabric or needle felt described above is placed on the bottom surface of a mold, and then both sides of the sound-insulating sheet are heated using a preheating plate (heated iron plate) or heating means such as far infrared rays. te 80~
Heat it at 150℃ for 20 to 120 seconds and place it on the cushion material, then heat it in the same way on the carpet backing surface, or leave it as it is without heating and apply the sound insulation sheet surface to the backing surface. After placing the molds so that they are in contact with each other, the upper mold of the molding mold is immediately lowered, and the cold mold is kept in a zero press state for 30 to 180 seconds to perform compression molding. After being removed from the mold, the molded soundproof interior material for vehicles of the present invention is obtained through final cutting.

Example 1 90 parts by weight of blown asphalt and 10 parts by weight of petroleum resin were heated and melted and mixed to form a binder. Then, 30 parts by weight of asbestos and 120 parts by weight of talc were kneaded with the binder using a heat-retaining kneader, and then kneaded on an endless belt. Then, the first calender was used to adjust the thickness to 2 mm, and then 0.2 mm thick polyethylene sheets were placed on both sides, and the second calender was used to press the sheets to a thickness of 2.4 mm with polyethylene sheets laminated on both sides. A sound-insulating sheet material with an areal density of 3.2 Kg/m 2 was obtained.

The bulky nonwoven fabric is placed on the lower mold of the molding machine, and then the sound-insulating sheet material, which has been cut in advance to match the shape of the vehicle from the front floor to the dash panel, is preheated at 110°C for 2 minutes using an infrared lamp. After applying, it is placed on a bulky nonwoven fabric,
Further, after placing a tufted carpet lined with polyethylene, the upper mold was immediately lowered and pressure molding was carried out by maintaining a zero press state for 2 minutes at a pressure of 10 kg/cm 2 . After removing from the mold,
The molded product was cut according to the shape from the front floor to the dash panel to obtain a molded soundproof interior material for a vehicle according to the present invention.
