る。

立上り時間のバラツキに対して切替時期が遅れる
と煮こぼれしてしまう等の問題があつた。

発明の構成 本発明の電気調理器は、鍋を収納する本体の下
方にあつて鍋を加熱する発熱体と、この発熱体近
くに保温サーモスタツトを設け、又、本体上部に
一端を本体とヒンジ係止され鍋の開口部を覆う蓋
体の下方内面に蒸気検知用切替サーモスタツトと
を設け、これら保温サーモスタツトと切替サーモ
スタツトを平列接続したものであり、切替サーモ
スタツトは鍋内から発生してくる蒸気の温度を検
知して動作するため、電圧変動、室温条件に影響
されず、フルパワーで立上つてきた湯温を、煮こ
ぼれさすことなく正確にスロークツキングの保温
サーモスタツト制御側に移行させることを可能に
したものである。

は炊飯時や空鍋時に鍋内や零囲気温度を検知して
主電源スイツチ7を開路するセンターサーモスタ
ツト、8は鍋2上方開口部を覆い、本体1上部の
1端のヒンジ部9で開閉自在に軸支された蓋体、
10は蓋体下面に着脱自在に係止された内蓋、1
1は内蓋10に対向して蓋体8下面に固着され、
外気との連通筒を有した金属製のカバー、12は
前記カバー11内面に固着された蒸気温感知用切
替サーモスタツト、13は主電源スイツチ7及び
炊飯と調理との切替スイツチ14の操作部、15
は保護枠3外側面に巻かれた保温用ヒーターであ
る。

20〜30℃遅れて温度上昇していた蓋内カバー11
の温度が急激に上昇し始め、実験的に求めた設定
温度としては70〜80℃の設定で、鍋内温度が90℃
以上で、しかも沸騰する前に、確実にOFFされ、
以後、保温サーモスタツト5によつて、鍋内が90
〜98℃のスロークツキングに最も適した温度に制
御される。この時、切替サーモスタツト12は、
鍋内から連続して発生してくる蒸気によつて常に
100℃近くの温度に保持されるので、主電源スイ
ツチ7をOFFして鍋内温度が下らない限り、リ
セツトされず、長時間でも保温サーモスタツト5
のみの動作で調理を可能にするものである。

ぼれも生じないで確実にスロークツキング状態に
切替が可能となるため、スロークツキングばかり
でなく、特に調理中煮こぼれがおこりやすいおか
ゆ調理にも非常に便利に使用できるという効果を
持つものである。
