本発明は、ベローの電鋳による製造方法に関す

いられるが、電鋳によるベローは、精密な反面、

本発明は2段階に分けて電鋳を行い均一化され

先ず、ワツクス等の基台1に第1図イで示すよ
うに、周囲の電極2により電鋳を行うワツクス
等の不導体の場合は通常の銀鏡等による導電膜を
付与することは勿論であり、又基台1を回転し
つゝ電鋳する方が均一に電着する上で好ましい。
すると、プラス極に近い部分は厚く遠い所は薄く
なる。次に、これにより出来たベロー3をワツク
スを溶かすなどして取出し第2段階として、今度
は第1図ロで示すように内側より電着させる。す
ると、今度はプラス極4が内部にあるので内側に
厚く外側に薄い電鋳による電着ができる。この極
の電圧の強さと距離により、ならして均一な電着
を行うことが可能である。次に第2図は、その逆
の方法により同じ効果を発するもので、先ず内側
に電極5をおき外側にフレキシブルゴム等の基台
6をおき電鋳により電着する。すると内側が厚い
電着が起る。これをフレキシブルゴム等の基台6
よりはずし、第2段階で第2図ロで示す外側より
の電極7による電着を行う。すると、肉厚の均一
のベロー3が得られる。これも電圧、距離、その
他の要素により均一なベローを得ることが可能で

In the second step, electrodeposition is performed using the electrode 7 from the outside as shown in FIG. 2B. Then, a bellows 3 having a uniform wall thickness is obtained. It is also possible to obtain a uniform bellows depending on voltage, distance, and other factors.
