[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to the molding of powder or granules such as fine particles or granules (hereinafter referred to as "powder"), and more specifically, the present invention relates to the molding of powder or granules such as fine particles or granules (hereinafter referred to as "powder"), and more specifically, the present invention relates to molding of powder or granules such as fine particles or granules (hereinafter referred to as "powder"). This relates to a method for molding powder or granules into any solid shape with excellent water dispersibility (water solubility/uniform suspension in water), and the molded product, such as food, medical/agricultural drugs, etc. It can be widely used in the following fields. In recent years, with the improvement of the standard of living and the trend towards convenience in daily life, there has been a remarkable progress in making various luxury items instant, and the way they are used is also becoming more and more interesting in terms of simplicity and appearance. For example, small packages of powder products such as instant coffee, instant tea (black tea, green tea), creamy powder, whole fat or skim milk powder, or 1
This trend is also reflected in single-use instant coffee, creamy powder, and products that separate sugar into single packages. Furthermore, the instant production of various folk medicinal plant ingredients such as Korean ginseng tea is also gaining popularity. All of these materials have the property of solidifying upon moisture absorption and heating.
Because it becomes sticky or partially dissolves due to free water, it is used in powder or granule form, and is not commercially available in a molded solid form. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for molding the above-mentioned powder or granular material into an arbitrary shape, and a solid molded product manufactured in this way, to improve ease of use, improve appearance, and improve the object. It seeks to increase the commercial value of a substance. [Prior Art] Conventionally, solid soup products, sugar cubes, and the like have been known as solid powder products with good water dispersibility. Among the above, solid soups are made by adding water, kneading, and compression molding, and have a high water content.
Sugar cubes are made by adding water, compression molding, and then drying with hot air. Other methods for producing solid molded powders and granules include wet tableting and dry tableting, which are used for pharmaceuticals, confectionery, chemicals, and the like. [Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention] The various conventional molding methods described above have their own characteristics, but their applications are also limited. For example, the dry tableting method requires that the powder or granules themselves have the ability to bind under pressure, so it is only applicable to special materials such as pellets of inorganic salt crystals. In the wet tabletting method, a binder is added to part or all of the powder and granules, kneaded, sized, and then tableted, so of course it does not apply to materials that are altered by the binder, but it does not apply to molded products. It is not possible to produce products with good water dispersibility, and in order to improve water dispersibility, it is necessary to add a substance that provides disintegrability (for example, a foaming agent), so there are strict restrictions on additives, and taste is a problem. It cannot be widely applied in fields such as food processing. In addition, even when manufacturing solid molded products with relatively good water dispersibility, methods that involve kneading and molding with a relatively large amount of water, such as solid soup, do not require free water to be produced, such as freeze-dried powder. It cannot be applied to materials that melt and become sticky or deform.
Furthermore, it is difficult to use the method of drying with hot air, such as sugar cubes, for products that have a natural flavor. As described above, in the conventional technology, although the present invention has the property of solidifying with slight moisture absorption and heating, it melts or becomes sticky and deforms when the components exceed a certain level. It has been almost impossible to form powder and granular material into a solid with excellent water dispersibility. The important point in making this possible is how to uniformly provide the appropriate amount of moisture necessary for solidification to the entire target powder or granule. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventors conducted intensive research on providing the above-mentioned water and came up with the idea of using crystal water bound to various compounds, but it is difficult to simply retain crystal water. By simply mixing the compound and the target powder, it was not possible to obtain a molded product with shape retention even when heated and compressed. As a result of further investigation, we developed a compound that easily releases crystal water and a compound that releases crystal water and desorbs it. We have discovered that it is possible to produce the desired molded product by using a combination of highly hygroscopic compounds such as The invention has been completed. That is, the feature of the method of the present invention is that a powder material having the property of solidifying upon moisture absorption and heating is processed using (a) a water-soluble compound having crystal water that is easily released (hereinafter referred to as a "molding aid"); (referred to as "molding aid B") and (b) powder or granular material of a compound that easily dissolves by moisture absorption (hereinafter referred to as "molding aid B"), respectively, and then mix the two. When the solid molded product produced in this way is added to water, especially hot water, it quickly disintegrates, dissolves or suspends, and forms a uniform dispersion system. It is formed. Examples of the powder or granular material that has the property of solidifying upon moisture absorption or heating, which is the object of the present invention, include those mentioned above, but typical ones exhibit the following properties. 5 g of powder is spread thinly on a glass plate and allowed to absorb 0.2 to 1.0% moisture in an environment of 85% relative humidity. Next, the granular material that has absorbed moisture in this way is placed in a test tube, sealed, and left standing at 70°C for 3 hours, and then left to cool at room temperature for 45 minutes. When this test tube is turned upside down, it can be seen that the powder inside is in a solidified state. When carrying out the method of the present invention, the powder or granule for the purpose of molding may be mixed with either molding aid A or molding aid B, and then mixed with the other molding aid and molded. However, it is preferable to divide the mixture into two at a ratio of about 30:70 to 70:30, mix each with two types of molding aids, and then mix the two and mold. The quality of things is also good. Molding aid A used in the method of the invention
is a compound that easily releases its water of crystallization even under mild conditions, and compounds that release water of crystallization when subjected to mild heating, pressurized contact with hygroscopic foreign crystals, etc. are particularly preferred. Such compounds include inorganic salts containing polymolecular water of crystallization, such as hydrates of alkali metal phosphates, especially disodium phosphate (crystalline: dodecahydrate) and trisodium phosphate (crystalline : dodecahydrate) and the like are suitable. The molding aid B is a compound that easily dissolves upon absorption of moisture, and those with high hygroscopicity are particularly preferred. Examples of such compounds include anhydrous or inorganic salts having a small molecular weight of water of crystallization, such as alkali metal phosphates that do not have water of crystallization, especially monopotassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate,
Tripotassium phosphate, monosodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, monosodium phosphate (crystal: dihydrate), and the like are suitable. The amount of the molding aid added varies depending on the target powder or granule or the type of molding aid, but for the aid A, it is preferably about 0.3 to 3.0% of the total amount of the target powder and granule, and 0.3% or less. If the amount is more than 3%, the water dispersibility of the molded product will deteriorate. Auxiliary agent B is added in an amount of 5 to 50% of that of auxiliary agent A.
It is preferably about 50%; if it is less than 5%, the dissolution effect due to moisture absorption will not be very effective, and if it is added more than 50%, no further effect will be obtained. It is preferable to add the molding aid to the target powder in the form of a powder or fine granules because it facilitates the transfer of moisture and makes the solidification of the powder uniform. Although the pressure for compression molding the mixture does not need to be very high, it is preferably 0.1 Kg/cm 2 or more; if it is less than that, the shape retention of the molded product will be poor. Normally, when the purpose is to put the molded product into hot water to self-disintegrate and disperse and dissolve it, the amount is about 0.1 to 15 Kg/ cm2 ,
Depending on the purpose, higher pressure may be used. In the above-mentioned compression molding, if high pressure is applied, molding can be done without the need for heating, but the desired water dispersibility is poor, so products with superior properties can be obtained by applying mild heat and molding at relatively low pressure. Usually about
Compression mold while heating to 50-90℃. High temperatures are not preferred because they often impair the quality of the molded product. Further, it is preferable to carry out the compression operation after sufficient heating has occurred. The compression time varies depending on the temperature, pressure, type of target powder, and type of molding aid, but the objective can be achieved in about 1 second to 15 minutes. [Example] Next, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to experimental examples and examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Experimental examples and effects Powder prepared by mixing 50 parts of creamy powder with 1 part of disodium phosphate (crystalline) or trisodium phosphate (crystalline), and 0.4 part of dipotassium phosphate or tripotassium phosphate mixed with 50 parts of creamy powder. After mixing both powders, put them into a filling mold (cylindrical shape: diameter 12 mm, height 20 mm) of a heating compression molding machine, and heat at a heating temperature of 60 mm.
A molded product was produced under the following conditions: °C, compression pressure of 0.2 Kg/cm 2 , and compression time of 2 minutes. Evaluation method for molded products: (1) Shape retention (difficulty of molded product to lose its shape) 1. Ease of collapse was evaluated by feeling with a tentacle. 2 The molded product was evaluated by the hardness (Kg) when crushed with a texturerometer (Texteurometer GTX-2 type manufactured by Zenken Co., Ltd.). Measurement conditions Plunger: Stainless steel circular, diameter 50mm Clearance: 4.0mm Flat plate used: Place the molded product horizontally in the center of the flat plate and measure (2) Solubility Dissolve commercially available powdered instant coffee to a concentration of 1.5% and pour 125ml of it into a beaker. (200ml). The liquid temperature was set to 70℃, and the rotation speed was adjusted using a propeller type stirrer (ribbon type propeller, length 3 cm).
A molded product of the creamy powder was added while stirring at 250 rpm, and the solubility was measured by measuring the time (seconds) until the solid matter in the molded product disappeared. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Effects of the Invention] The method of the present invention does not use free water and the amount of humidification can be controlled by crystallization water, so it can be applied to objects that change or deform due to free properties, such as freeze-dried powder. Humidification can also be easily finely adjusted for the entire raw material powder. Further, since a drying step is not required, there is no deterioration in quality due to the drying process, and the range of applications is wide. In addition, the solid molded product produced by the method of the present invention has excellent dispersibility in water.
