あつた。このため食品の重量計量が煩わしく、或
いはこの煩わしさのために上記操作を怠ると食品
の正味重量を知り得ないので重量と加熱時間の相
関から外れ該相関が有効に活用されなくなる不都

できる。9は既知の食品重量を数字キー群3を介
して入力させることができる重量指定キーで、選
択キー群2と関連するが計量装置とは無関係であ
る。10は調理庫内に設置された計量装置と連動

方、ごはんの加熱温度が通常60℃〜80℃の範囲に
あることから60℃、70℃、80℃での正味重量と加
熱時間との相関は順に12a,12,12bとな
り、特に12はT=0.225WNETで表わされ12a,
12bはこの関係式に対して±16%の値に該当
し、ほぼ総重量WGROSSと正味重量WNETの±15%に
