Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２枚の電極付の基板間に電気光学媒体を挾
    持し、少くとも一方の基板上に該電極を駆動する
    ための駆動用半導体を搭載した表示装置において
    、駆動用半導体へ入力する電源線及び制御信号線
    の配線は、これらの配線がほどこされた他の回路
    基板を用いて行ない、この回路基板とともに駆動
    用半導体を該電極基板上に搭載したことを特徴と
    した表示装置。 (2) 駆動用半導体は、半導体チツプを可撓性の
    回路基板に搭載したものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の表示装置。 (3) 可撓性の回路基板の配線の一部が表示装置
    の電極基板上の電極に導電接続され、かつ可撓性
    の回路基板の配線の他の一部が表示装置の電極基
    板上に配置された回路基板の配線に導電接続され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の表示
    装置。 (4) 可撓性の回路基板の配線の一部が表示装置
    の電極基板上の電極に異方性導電膜により導電接
    続されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
    の表示装置。 (5) 可撓性の回路基板の配線の一部が回路基板
    の配線に導電性接着剤で導電接続されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の表示装置。 (6) 導電性接着剤が半田である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第５項記載の表示装置。 (7) 電気光学媒体が液晶である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項〜第６項のいずれか一項記載の表
    示装置。 (8) 電極基板の電極が透明電極である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項〜第７項のいずれか一項記
