Claims (1)
- 検出器ボデイの両側面に設けた一対のバリアダ
イヤフラムに各測定圧力を与え、その差圧による
内封液の移動によつて前記検出器ボデイの内部に
設けたセンタダイヤフラムを変位させ、さらにこ
の変位を封入回路を仕切つて設けた差圧測定用圧
力センサにより電気的な出力として取り出す圧力
、差圧発信器において、前記センタダイヤフラム
によつて仕切られた各ボデイ内室とセンサ用ハウ
ジングとをそれぞれ連通する導通孔を、前記ボデ
イ内室の壁面に検出器ボデイの軸線方向に形成さ
れた盲穴からなる細穴と、前記検出器ボデイの外
周面に形成され前記細穴と連通する太穴とで構成
したことを特徴とする圧力、差圧発信器。
