Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側面にシールダイアフラムが設けられた本体
    と、前記本体に内臓され、封液を介して差圧が印
    加される差圧センサとを有する差圧測定装置にお
    いて、前記本体に前記差圧センサと連通する導圧
    孔を設け、この導圧孔の途中にテーパを有する室
    を設け、この室に表面張力を有する第１の液を封
    入するとともに、前記第１の液を挟んでその第１
    の液と混合しない第２の液を封入したことを特徴
    とする差圧測定装置。
