Claims (1)
- ケーシング内に洗浄乾燥されるべきボトルが挿
入される供瓶機と、洗浄乾燥されたボトルをケー
シングから排出する排瓶機と、ケーシング内の供
瓶機と排瓶機との間に架設されると共にボトルを
収納するバスケツトが装着されたチエーンコンベ
ヤと、このチエーンコンベヤの移動領域にそれぞ
れボトルを浸漬洗浄する領域と、スプレー洗浄す
る領域と、ボトルを温風により乾燥させる温風乾
燥領域とを備えたボトル洗浄乾燥装置において、
前記温風乾燥領域に隣接すると共に前記排瓶機が
設置された領域におけるチエーンコンベヤの移動
方向前流側は前記温風乾燥領域に連通し、チエー
ンコンベヤの移動方向後流側は水封止槽により他
の領域と区画された領域を設け、この領域に排瓶
口を設け、この排瓶口から清浄冷却空気を導入す
るようにしたことを特徴とするボトル洗浄乾燥装
置。
