Conventionally, there are typical repeatable time switches shown in FIGS. 28 and 29. In other words, the dial body 71 rotates at a constant speed at a constant period.
The switch 73 is operated by a plurality of setters 72 attached to the outer periphery of the switch 73 to turn on/off the electrical equipment at a predetermined time. This is done by inserting and fixing the setter 72 into a plurality of setter holes 74 arranged in a row on the peripheral edge of the dial body 71.
The end of the switch 73 is configured to switch the switch 73. The setter holes 74 are provided, for example, at intervals of 15 minutes. The switch 73 is opened and closed each time each setter 72 operates the switch lever 73a with which it engages.

The setter 72 had to be removed from the unnecessary setter hole 74. As a result, changing the mounting position of the setter 72 in response to a change in the switch switching time is relatively complicated and easy to make mistakes, and unused setters 72 are easily lost. In addition, an unused setter 72 is added to the time switch main body 75.
It was necessary to provide a storage section.

In the former case, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to distinguish between on and off operations at each time when switching a complex program. In the latter case, the structure is complex and it is not easy to replace the program. It was hot. Furthermore, since the parts themselves are small and in large quantity (96 pieces per machine at 15 minute intervals), managing the parts is difficult.

In this invention, a plurality of guide grooves are provided on the periphery of a disc-shaped dial, and a U-shaped setter is engaged with the guide groove so that it can be pushed in and pulled out, and set at a push-in position or a pull-out position. It is equipped with a lever for opening and closing the contact that rotates when it comes into contact with the terminal.
In the first invention, the guide groove is provided in the radial direction of the dial, and in the second invention, the guide groove is provided at an angle with respect to the radial direction. A lock portion is provided on the lower side surface of the guide groove of the dial in the direction of dial rotation, and the setter is provided with a locked portion that engages with the lock portion when the setter is pushed in.

A large number of guide grooves 51 and 52 are formed at a constant pitch in the circumferential direction on the upper and lower surfaces of the outer periphery of the dial 2. When the set interval is 15 minutes, 96 guide grooves 51 and 52 are provided each. guide groove 51,
52 is inclined with respect to the radial direction so that the inner end side is located at the rear in the rotational direction of the dial 2. The lower guide groove 52 has a locking recess 53 (FIG. 15) on its side surface, and the upper guide groove 51 has a retaining recess 54 (FIG. 16) on its bottom surface. The setter 50 is formed in a U-shape as shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, and has protrusions 55 and 56 on the inner surface of the opposing pieces that can be slidably inserted into the upper and lower guide grooves 51 and 52, respectively. A retaining protrusion 57 that engages with the retaining recess 54 is provided at the tip of the upper protrusion 55 . Lower protrusion 56
The width d 1 of the proximal end portion is formed to be approximately the same width as the guide groove 52, and the width d 2 of the distal end portion is narrower than this. A lock protrusion 58 is provided on the side surface of the distal end portion, which is a locked portion that can engage with the lock recess 53 of the guide groove 52. Lock protrusion 58

0 is pushed into the inner side of the guide grooves 51 and 52 to turn it on, and when pulled out it turns it off. In the OFF state, the retaining protrusion 57 of the setter 50 engages with the end surface of the retaining recess 54 of the guide groove 52, and the retainer 50 engages with the end surface of the retaining recess 54 of the guide groove 52.

The on lever 39 is rotated to bring the movable contact 42 into contact with the fixed contact 44. When the setter 50 is pressed against the on-lever 39, it is slightly deformed as shown in FIG. 15, and the lock protrusion 58 engages with the lock recess 53. Therefore, the setting element 50 is prevented from moving toward the outer circumferential side of the dial 2, and is prevented from returning to the OFF state unnecessarily. In other words, it is locked on. Although this embodiment does not provide a click means for stopping the setter 50 in two positions, the on state and the off state, the guide groove 51 and the setter 50
A protrusion may be provided on the protrusion 55 to serve as a click means for stopping at the two positions.

Therefore, erroneous operations are less likely to occur. Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the on/off state can be determined at a glance by whether or not the setter 50 is pushed in. Further, as described above, since the lock projection 58 and the lock recess 53 are engaged with each other upon contact with the lock lever 39, the switch is locked, so even if the setter 50 is made to slide lightly, it is stable. A switch operation can be obtained.

In the time switch of the present invention, the setter is easy to operate, erroneous operation is less likely to occur, and there is no problem of losing the setter. In addition, a lock part is provided on the lower side of the guide groove in the dial rotation direction, and the setter is provided with a locked part that engages with the lock part when the setter is pushed in, so that the on-lock action is improved. This prevents an inadvertent return to the OFF state. In this case, the locking part and the locked part are engaged by the acting force when the setter engages with the lever and turns on the switch, and the setter can be lightly slid to obtain a locking action. Even if you do this, you can still get stable switch operation.

A disc-shaped dial, a mechanism for rotating the dial at a constant speed, and a plurality of guide grooves provided on the circumferential edge of the dial to extend in the radial direction at a constant pitch in the circumferential direction. a plurality of setting elements formed in a U-shape and fitted to the edge of the dial so as to be movable in the direction of rotation of the dial along each of the guide grooves; a lock portion, a locked portion provided on the setter and engaged with the lock portion when the setter is pushed in; and a locked portion provided corresponding to the dial and engaged with the lock portion when the setter is pushed in or pulled out; A time switch comprising a lever that is rotated by the setter as the lever rotates, and a switch contact that opens and closes by the rotation of the lever. 2. A disc-shaped dial, a mechanism for rotating the dial at a constant speed, and a plurality of disc-shaped dials provided at a constant pitch in the circumferential direction on the periphery of the dial and tilted so that the inner end side is located at the rear in the rotational direction with respect to the radial direction. a guide groove of the book; a plurality of setters each formed in a U-shape and fitted to the edge of the dial so as to be freely pushed and pulled out along each guide groove; a lock portion provided on a side surface; a locked portion provided on the setter and engaged with the lock portion when the setter is pushed in; and a locked portion provided corresponding to the dial when the setter is pushed in. A time switch comprising: a lever that is rotated by the setter as the dial is rotated in a state or a pulled-out state; and a switch contact that is opened and closed by the rotation of the lever.
