Claims (1)
- 中央部に配置される弁部と、該弁部の外周に適
宜間隔を有して配置される環状のダイアフラム部
とを別体に形成し、前記弁部とダイアフラム部を
連結部材で連結し、かつ前記弁部を耐摩耗性材料
で形成し、ダイアフラム部を屈曲性に富むと共に
耐排気ガス性の材料で形成したことを特徴とする
ダイアフラム弁。
