  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定鉄芯と、その固定鉄芯から遠ざかる方
    向に附勢されて進退自在に配置された可動鉄芯と
    、上記固定鉄芯と可動鉄芯により形成される磁路
    を励磁するように上記両鉄芯の周囲に設けられた
    電磁コイルと、上記磁路を励磁するように上記電
    磁コイルの周囲に配置された永久磁石とを具備す
    ることを特徴とする自己保持型電磁アクチユエー
    タ。 (2) 上記永久磁石が、上記電磁コイルを囲むよ
    うに配置された円筒形の永久磁石である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自己保持型電磁アク
    チユエータ。 (3) 上記永久磁石が、上記固定鉄芯及び可動鉄
    芯と平行に、上記電磁コイルの外側に配置された
    棒状の永久磁石である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の自己保持型電磁アクチユエータ。 (4) 上記永久磁石が、上記固定鉄芯及び可動鉄
