、１７，１８は磁束補正用コイルである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁性材で形成された外側ヨークと中央ヨークと
    により断面が日字形の閉磁路を構成し、上記中央
    ヨークに一様な磁界が作用するように外側ヨーク
    の内側に永久磁石を接合させ、上記中央ヨークに
    は長さ方向に起磁力が発生する滑動可能な可動コ
    イルを装着したリニアモータにおいて、 上記中央ヨークの両端部が磁束補正用コイルを
    設け、 該補正用コイルに電流を流すことにより上記可
    動コイルによる磁束を打消す方向の磁束を発生さ
    せるようにしたことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
