Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、着脱自在な再閉塞手段が設けられて
いるために一度開封された容器を再び閉じること
のできる、ふた付き容器に係る。このふたは容器
を閉鎖するように設けられている。この閉鎖は、
ふたの周縁部が容器のフランジの上面と相互作用
するように構成されていることによつて得られ
る。最初に閉鎖された充填済み容器において、前
記のふたはフランジの上面に例えば接合や接着に
より固着される。容器の内部には弱部領域として
の切離し用弱部が設けられ、その弱部は、ふたの
周縁部を固定する部分から容器本体の幾分下方に
伸長する領域に位置する。容器を開封する時、弱
部に於いて接続が剥ぎとられ、ふたと、このふた
に付着している容器の弱部より上方に位置する分
離部分とが実質上の容器から分離される。
この種の容器はミルク、バター、マーガリン及
び同様の商品用のビーカー状や箱状のパツケージ
として使用することができる。この種の容器は
種々様々な高さと形状が可能であり、又、例えば
円形、長方形、又は長円形とすることもできる。
さらに応用すると、調理済料理用の皿やボールの
ように極端に平坦な形の容器とすることもでき
る。こうした例に於いて、容器は広く平坦なふた
で閉じられる極端に広い開口部をもつている。上
記の如き種類の容器は一度充填密封されると、パ
ツケージの中身について最終のユーザーに気付か
れずに全体又は部分的に不当に開封し得ないよう
にする必要性が極めて高い。特に薄壁熱可塑性容
器に関しては、このようなデザインでは安全に閉
鎖することが不可能なために、前記の安全性を確
保することは現在公知の技術では困難であつた。
任意に使用される容器に関する限り、このよう
な容器の開口部は例えばプラスチツク製の薄型の
ふたやプラスチツク−金属結合型のふたを開口部
の縁に置き閉塞できるので、問題はない。はじめ
に閉鎖されている充填済み容器の如きは開封の
際、薄いふたは破りとられるので、この容器を閉
じるためのふたとして再使用することができな
い。
本発明は着脱自在に再閉塞しうるふた付き容器
に係り、はじめの閉鎖が気付かないうちに破れる
ことに対して安全性のある容器を提供することを
目的とする。
本発明によれば、前記目的は、一端が底部の方
向に伸長し、他端が前記底部と反対方向に伸長し
ており、前記一端から前記他端まで同じ内径の内
面を有する第一の壁部と、一端が第一の壁部の一
端の内側において第一の壁部の前記一端に隣接し
て配置され、他端が前記底部の方向に伸長し、第
一の壁部の前記内径と実質的に同じ外径を有して
おり、第一の壁部内に挿入された際、第一の壁部
の前記一端から第一の壁部の前記他端まで伸長す
る第一の壁部の内面と対面する外面が第一の壁部
の当該内面と緊密に接触する第二の壁部と、第一
の壁部の他端に連設されており、第一の壁部の他
端から外方に伸長するフランジとからなるふた付
き容器であつて、ふたは平板状の周縁部を有し、
該周縁部の裏面が前記フランジの頂面に固着さ
れ、第一の壁部の前記一端における第一の壁部の
内面は、前記二つの壁部間に弱部領域を形成すべ
く第二の壁部の前記一端における第二の壁部の外
面と一体的に連結されており、容器を開くべく前
記弱部領域が裂壊される際に前記二つの壁部は分
離され、前記弱部領域は、第一の壁部の内面と前
記第二の壁部の前記一端の外面とを含む面内に配
置されており、第一の壁部の一端の内面及び第二
の壁部の前記一端の外面のいずれかに、前記弱部
領域と連設する案内面が設けられており、前記案
内面は、前記容器が第一の壁部と連結されたふた
によつて再閉塞される際に、第一の壁部の内面と
第二の壁部の前記一端の外面との係合を案内すべ
く前記弱部領域に対して斜めに伸長している前記
容器により達成される。
本発明により得られる利点は、商品のユーザー
がパツケージを開封する時に感じる操作抵抗の度
合で、その商品が当初閉鎖されていたことにすぐ
気付くことである。本発明により取り扱い中の無
意識の開封を防ぐこともでき、同時にユーザーは
パツケージが全部又は部分的に開封されているか
否かに直ちに気付く。さらにその上、本発明によ
る容器とふたの結合は、開封された容器を着脱自
在に再閉塞できる再閉塞手段で何度でも再閉塞す
ることができるという利点をもたらす。
本発明によると、弱部領域としての切離し用弱
部は容器本体に幾分下りぎみに設けられる。ここ
では容器本体は第一の壁部としての上部周壁と第
二の壁部としての下部周壁とからなり、この上部
周壁と下部周壁とは弱部領域としての弱部に隣接
して寸法の変化を伴つており、弱部の下方の下部
周壁では容器本体の大きさは、上方の上部周壁に
比べて幾分小さい。容器を開封する時、ふたと容
器本体の上部周壁は容器の下部周壁から分離す
る。開封後、容器本体の分離部分としての上部周
壁は容器を再び閉じるための着脱自在な再閉塞手
段を提供する。
本発明の好ましい具体例によると、ふたの周縁
部は超音波溶着によつて容器の分離部分としての
上部周壁のフランジの上面に溶着される。この周
縁部あるいは分離部分には、溶着部が与えられ
る。ふたと容器を接合する時、例えば容器のフラ
ンジが支持工具により支持され、同時にふたの周
縁部に超音波発生装置（ソノトロツド）が使用さ
れる。ソノトロツドから振動がふたを通して溶着
部に伝播して、ふたと容器は一つに結合される。
舌状物等の如き把手の形状の分離開封手段がふ
たの周縁部及び容器のフランジの夫々に隣接して
設けられる。
容器には注入口を設けることもできる。弱部領
域としての切離し用弱部が容器本体の幾分下方に
設けられる例に於いては、弱部は注入口を通過す
る。この例に於いて、注入口は容器を開封しやす
くするために使用される。その後、軸方向の圧力
が容器の注入口上のふたに加えられ、これにより
弱部は切離されて、容器の開封が開始する。
次に、本発明の好ましい具体例を添付図に基い
て説明する。
第１図から第７図に示す如く、容器１は第一の
壁部としての上部周壁２と、第二の壁部としての
下部周壁３とからなり、上部周壁２の内面と下部
周壁３の外面とは夫々の下端と上端とで弱部領域
としての弱部４を介して一体的に連結されてい
る。該内面と外面とは相互に実質的に同一面上に
配列されている。上部周壁２の上端には該上端よ
り外方向に延設されたフランジとしてのフランジ
部５が形成されており、このフランジ部の上面に
は溶着用の突出部としての突起部６が設けられて
いる。ふた７は平板状の周縁部８を有しており、
この周縁部８の裏面がフランジ部５に突起部６を
介して溶着される切離し用の弱部領域としての弱
部４を介して一体化された上部周壁２の内面と下
部周壁３の外面のいずれか一方には、夫々弱部４
に連続する案内面９又は１０が形成されている。
突起部６は必ずしも必要要ではなく、フランジ
部５の上面にふた７の周縁部８の裏面が固着され
れば良く、接着等の公知の固着手段を適用しても
良い。
このように構成されたふた付き容器において、
使用者は第５図に示す矢印の方向にふた７を押圧
し、その後第６図に示す矢印の方向へと、ふた７
とフランジ部５とを引つぱれば容器は開封され
る。ふた７を下方向へと押圧することによつて、
弱部４が破断され、ふた７が固着された上部周壁
２が下部周壁３から分離され、その後フランジ部
５と周縁部８とを使用者がつまんで上方へと引つ
ぱれば、ふた７が固着された上部周壁２は下部周
壁３からふた７と一体的に転移または取り外され
る。
その後使用者は容器１内に収納された内容物を
取り出した後、容器を再閉塞するが、弱部４の切
離しによつて形成された、上部周壁２の内面の縁
部１１と下部周壁３の外面の縁部１２とは、弱部
４が破砕されることなく単に破断または切り離さ
れており、再び重ね合される際、互いに密接し合
うように相補的な形状を呈する結果、ふた７が固
着された上部周壁２を下部周壁３上に冠着させる
際、前記２つの縁部１１及び１２は互いに摺動し
合い、最終的に第７図に示すように上部周壁２と
下部周壁３とは着脱自在に封止的に嵌合される。
前述の如く上部周壁２の内面と下部周壁３の外面
のいずれかに案内面９又は１０を形成しておけ
ば、下部周壁３の外面上に上部周壁２の内面が確
実に案内され、第７図の容器の再閉塞状態が確実
に達成される。これは容器１内特に下部周壁３内
に内容物が収納されている際に、下部周壁３の開
口部１３には拡径力が作用し、開口部１３は拡径
された状態となるが、前記案内面９又は１０が上
部周壁２又は下部周壁３に形成されている結果、
前述の案内が確実に行われるものである。
第８図及び第９図には容器１と、容器１が当初
に閉鎖される以前の容器１の上方に位置するふた
７との斜視図が示されており、容器１は円形の断
面を有している。しかし本発明による容器１は断
面形状が円形に限定されるものではなく、長方形
または長円形等の公知の容器のいずれかの形状を
有しておいても良い。第９図のふた７には一体的
に把手部としての把手１４が設けられており、容
器１とふた７とが固着された際、この把手１４は
フランジとしてのフランジ部５の端面より半径方
向に突出する。
第１０図及び第１１図には容器１の部分斜視図
が示されており、第１１図に示された容器１には
注入口１５が形成されており、注入口１５は下部
周壁３から上部周壁２の上端のフランジ部５に渡
つて形成されており、この注入口１５の位置する
上部周壁２と下部周壁３との間にも切離し用弱部
４が設けられている。
第１２図及び第１３図では中央に凹部１６を有
したふた７が示されており、ふた７は凹部１６と
周縁部８とからなり、凹部１６の外周面は上部周
壁２の内周面にぴつたりと嵌合すべく形成されて
いる。第１２図のふた７には把手部としての把手
１４が設けられている。
容器１にふた７を溶着する際、フランジ部５の
突起部６上にふた７を載置し、フランジ部５を下
から支持工具で担持し、ふた７上に押圧力を付加
しながら超音波装置を操作して、突起部６を溶融
し、溶着箇所１７を形成するようにしても良い。
従つて、本発明の具体例のふた付き容器では、
上部周壁の上端から外方向に延設されたフランジ
が設けられており、このフランジの上面に、ふた
の平板状の周縁部の裏面が固着されているため、
当該ふた付き容器を開くべく、上部周壁及び下部
周壁間の弱部を破断する際、該弱部から外方向に
比較的離れて位置するフランジ及びふたの周縁部
をつまんで下方向に押圧すれば、前記弱部に対し
て比較的大きな曲げモーメントを加え得、前記弱
部を比較的容易に破断し得る上に、フランジ及び
周縁部を上方向につまみ上げれば、ふたと上部周
壁とを容器の下部周壁から容易に分離せしめ得
る。また、容器とふたとの固着がフランジと平板
状の周縁部とで行われるため、例えば該固着を、
フランジと周縁部とを超音波溶着装置で挟持して
行い得（接着等で行つても良い。）、比較的容易に
行い得る上に、容器の再閉塞−再開放を繰り返し
たとしても、再閉塞−再開放をフランジ及び周縁
部を前記の如くつまんで行い得るため、前記固着
部分に無理が行くようなことはなく、固着部分に
はく離等が生じる虞れはない。
本発明の容器においては、下部周壁は、上部周
壁の内径と実質的に同じ外径を有しており、上部
周壁内に挿入された際、上部周壁の一端から他端
まで伸長する上部周壁の内面と対面する下部周壁
の外面が上部周壁の内面と緊密に接触するように
構成されており、また、上部周壁の一端における
上部周壁の内面を下部周壁の一端における下部周
壁の外面と一体的に連結し、これら二つの周壁間
に弱部を形成し、当該弱部が上部周壁の内面と下
部周壁の前記一端の外面とを含む面内に位置する
ように構成されている。
従つて、本発明容器においては、弱部の裂壊に
より容器を開封した後、ふたが固着された上部周
壁を下部周壁に嵌着した場合、上部周壁の内面
と、この上部周壁の内面と対面する下部周壁の外
面とが面接触により緊密に接触せしめられる。こ
のように、面接触によつて容器を密封する方式
は、線接触による容器密封方式に較べて、弱部の
裂壊状態によつて容器再閉塞の際の容器密封の度
合が影響されることが少ない。即ち、本発明容器
は、容器開封後の容器の再閉塞に当つて、容器内
の内容物を常に確実に密封することができるとい
う利点を有する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 一端が底部の方向に伸長し、他が前記底部と
    反対方向に伸長しており、前記一端から前記他端
    まで同じ内径の内面を有する第一の壁部と、一端
    が第一の壁部の一端の内側において第一の壁部の
    前記一端に隣接して配置され、他端が前記底部の
    方向に伸長し、第一の壁部の前記内径と実質的に
    同じ外径を有しており、第一の壁部内に挿入され
    た際、第一の壁部の前記一端から第一の壁部の前
    記他端まで伸長する第一の壁部の内面と対面する
    外面が第一の壁部の当該内面と緊密に接触する第
    二の壁部と、第一の壁部の他端に連設されてお
    り、第一の壁部の他端から外方に伸長するフラン
    ジとからなるふた付き容器であつて、ふたは平板
    状の周縁部を有し、該周縁部の裏面が前記フラン
    ジの頂面に固着され、第一の壁部の前記一端にお
    ける第一の壁部の内面は、前記二つの壁部間に弱
    部領域を形成すべく、第二の壁部の前記一端にお
    ける第二の壁部の外面と一体的に連結されてお
    り、容器を開くべく前記弱部領域が裂壊される際
    に前記二つの壁部は分離され、前記弱部領域は、
    第一の壁部の内面と前記第二の壁部の前記一端の
    外面とを含む面内に配置されており、第一の壁部
    の一端の内面及び第二の壁部の前記一端の外面の
    いずれかに、前記弱部領域と連設する案内面が設
    けられており、前記案内面は、前記容器が第一の
    壁部と連結されたふたによつて再閉塞される際
    に、第一の壁部の内面と第二の壁部の前記一端の
    外面との係合を案内すべく、前記弱部領域に対し
    て斜めに伸長している前記容器。 ２ 前記ふたの中央には凹部が設けられており、
    前記凹部の外周面が前記第一の壁部の前記内面と
    係合するように構成されている特許請求の範囲第
    １項に記載の容器。 ３ 前記フランジの上面には溶接用の突出部が設
    けられており、ふたの平板状部の裏面が前記突出
    部に溶接される特許請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    のいずれかに記載の容器。 ４ 前記容器の前記第一の壁部及び前記フランジ
    には注入口が設けられており、前記ふたは前記注
    入口に対応するように形成されている特許請求の
    範囲第１項から第３項のいずれか１項に記載の容
    器。 ５ 把手部が前記ふたから一体的に延設されてお
    り、前記把手部は、前記ふたが容器に固着された
    際、前記フランジの外側端面から外方に突出する
    ように構成されている特許請求の範囲第１項から
    第４項のいずれか１項に記載の容器。 ６ 前記ふたが容器に固着された際に、前記容器
    が密封される特許請求の範囲第１項から第５項の
    いずれか１項に記載の容器。
