Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体上部枠に取りつけられた給紙ローラと
、本体下部枠に取りつけられた重送防止機構とに
よりスタツクテーブル上に載置された用紙を給紙
するバイパス給紙装置を備え、上記本体上部枠と
下部枠とが所定角度開閉可能に構成された画像形
成装置において、 上記バイパス給紙装置には、上記本体上部枠の
開閉動作と連動して用紙搬送路上に出没自在に構
成された係止部材が設けられ、 上記本体上部枠の開放時に、上記係止部材が用
紙搬送路上に突出し、上記スタツクテーブル上の
用紙が画像形成装置内部に進入するのを防止する
ようにしたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 (2) 上記係止部材は、上記本体上部枠開放用の
レバーに連動して設けられ、上部枠開放時のレバ
ー操作により上記用紙搬送路上に突出するもので
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の画像形成装置。
