Claims (1)
- 正方形または長方形の圧電基板の両面に電極を
形成してなる方形圧電共振子において、少なくと
も片面側の電極が、圧電基板面より小さい方形部
とその方形部から圧電基板の角部まで対角線方向
に延ばされた脚部とを有する形状に形成されてな
ることを特徴とする方形圧電共振子。
