Claims (1)
- 熱電対、スイツチを介してこの熱電対にバーン
アウト検出電流を供給する電流源、積分形パルス
幅変調方式のアナログ・デイジタル変換器、この
アナログ・デイジタル変換器の出力がアイソレー
タを介して取り込まれるマイクロプロセツサを具
備し、このマイクロプロセツサの制御の基に前記
バーンアウト検出電流がスイツチを介して熱電対
に供給されることによつて生じた電圧を前記アナ
ログ・デイジタル変換器を用いて熱電対の熱起電
力の測定に先立つて短い積分時間で測定し、その
測定結果により前記熱電対のバーンアウトを検出
するように構成したことを特徴とするバーンアウ
ト検出回路。
