- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 直流電源と、この直流電源を受電するととも
に制御信号によつて動作する半導体素子で構成さ
れたインバータとからなるインバータ装置におい
て、前記直流電源と前記インバータとの間に、前
記半導体素子の温度を検知する温度スイツチと電
流検出用抵抗との並列回路を接続したことを特徴
とするインバータ装置の出力電源制限回路。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のインバ
ータ装置の出力電流制限回路において、温度スイ
ツチに直列に抵抗を接続したことを特徴とするイ
ンバータ装置の出力電流制限回路。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のインバ
ータ装置の出力電流制限回路において、並列回路
に直列に抵抗を接続したことを特徴とするインバ
ータ装置の出力電流制限回路。
