Conventionally, mats made of synthetic resin sheets with an adhesive layer formed on the surface have been placed at the entrances of precision equipment factories, medical institutions, especially operating rooms, and other rooms where dust should not be allowed to enter. So-called adhesive dustproof mats that are designed to adsorb and remove dust adhering to objects such as objects are well known. This type of dustproof mat is usually made of multiple layers of thin film with an adhesive layer formed on the surface, each with the adhesive side facing up. The sheets forming the laminate are sequentially peeled off one by one to expose the next new surface for use. This is because each film is fully adhered to its own adhesive surface, so it is difficult to peel off just one film on the top layer, so in the past, in order to create a peeling opening, the parts where the films did not adhere to each other were used. In order to form a peeling section (hereinafter referred to as a peeling section), another film was partially interposed at the end between each film. However, this method is time-consuming and the thickness of the film to be inserted is at least 20μ, so in a mat with about 30 layers, the thickness will increase significantly in that part due to the film interposed between each layer. They protruded above the plane, obstructing pedestrians and passing cars, making them difficult to use and reducing their commercial value.

That is, in the present invention, a film having an adhesive layer on its upper surface (hereinafter referred to as a surface-adhesive film) is moved onto an impression roll, and a tape having a metal vapor-deposited film removably adhesively formed on its lower surface is moved onto the impression roll. A peeling section of a film for a laminated dustproof mat, characterized in that the film is moved in pressure contact with an impression cylinder roll by a transfer roll placed above, and the metal vapor deposited film of the tape is transferred to one end of the adhesive surface of the film. This is the formation method.

The surface adhesive film to be laminated in the present invention is made of a known polyethylene film, vinyl chloride film, etc. as a base material, and has an acrylic adhesive layer formed on its surface. In addition, tapes with metal vapor deposited films (hereinafter simply referred to as vapor deposit tapes) include those made of extremely thin films (approximately 4000 Å) of metals such as aluminum, tin, zinc, copper, magnesium, etc., by vacuum vapor deposition. is peelably adhered to the surface of a polyester film. Vapor-deposited tape is a metal vapor-deposited film formed on the surface of a polyester film, etc., with an adhesive strength weaker than that of the adhesive used in the surface-adhesive film, etc., as described above. ), and when the surface to which the metal vapor deposited film is adhered is pressed onto the adhesive layer surface of the adhesive film constituting the laminated mat using a transfer roll with parallel shafts and separated, only the metal film is transferred to the adhesive surface of the surface adhesive film. The location is usually a side edge or a corner that is convenient for peeling off. When adhesive films are laminated, the area where the metal film is transferred is covered by the adhesive layer, so it does not adhere to the back side of the adhesive film located above, so a peel-off part is formed, and the metal evaporated film is removed. Since it is extremely thin, even if it is laminated, there is almost no increase in the thickness of the mat main body, and a flat plate-like product can be obtained.

Sent to lamination equipment. In this process, the metal vapor deposited film according to the present invention is transferred. That is, the surface-adhesive film 1 coated with adhesive is transferred to the impression roll 2 by silicone rubber wrinkle removing rolls 3, 3.
It passes while remaining in close contact with the top surface of the A transfer roll 4 is arranged parallel to the roll axis and above one side edge of the adhesive film, and is mounted on a vertically movable pedestal 8. Reference numeral 5 denotes a vapor deposition tape, which is moved with the vapor deposition film side facing outward (lower surface) in close contact with the transfer roll 4 by presser rolls 7, 7, and is unwound from the tape unwinding section 6 and wound onto the winding section 6'. taken.
When the frame 8 on which these are installed is lowered and brought into pressure contact with the impression roll 2, and the impression roll 2 and the transfer roll 4 are driven at the same circumferential speed, the vapor deposition film of the vapor deposition tape 5 becomes 9A in FIG. As shown in , the image is transferred to one side edge of the adhesive film 1 in a band shape.

If the adhesive films transferred in this way are cut to a certain length and laminated with the adhesive side facing upward, the vapor deposited film 9 transferred to one side will cause the peeled portions where each film is not adhered, i.e., peeled off. A dustproof mat with a cutout formed therein can be obtained. Note that by intermittently bringing the transfer roll 4 and the impression roll 2 into pressure contact for a certain period of time, as shown at 9' in FIG. 3B,
Transfers of a predetermined length can be obtained at regular intervals.
Therefore, if the desired length is transferred to a predetermined cutting location as shown in 10, a dustproof mat with peeling parts formed only at the corners when cut and laminated can be obtained. Even in this case, the object of the present invention can be sufficiently achieved as long as the width and length are to a certain extent.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture a laminated dustproof mat that has almost no increase in thickness at the peeling part, is safe to use, can be easily peeled off one by one, and can always be used with a new adhesive surface. The effect is extremely large.

Example A film with a thickness of 60 μm was used as an adhesive film base material for lamination, and an acrylic adhesive was applied to the film to a thickness of 4 μm. On the other hand, as vapor-deposited tape, a polyester film is used as a base material and an aluminum vapor-deposited film (thickness
4000Å) with a width of 20mm, an impression roll diameter of 100mmφ (NBR rubber), and a transfer roll diameter of 50mmφ.
Using the device shown in the drawings of (HdCr plating), peeled parts were formed by transferring the aluminum vapor-deposited film with a width of 20 mm and a length of 25 mm at the planned cutting positions at regular intervals at a feeding speed of the adhesive film of 1.5 m/min and a transfer roll falling time of 1 sec. A film was obtained, cut, and 30 sheets were laminated to form a laminated dustproof mat having a peeling part at one corner.
The resulting mat showed almost no increase in thickness even at the peeled portion, and was easy to peel.
