- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プラスチツク光導波路の両面に、アルミニ
ウム箔もしくはアルミニウム箔複合プラスチツク
フイルムを貼り合せてなることを特徴とするプラ
スチツク光導波路構成体。 (2) プラスチツク光導波路が、プラスチツクフ
イルム上にその表面より高い屈折率の感光性樹脂
硬化物からなる光導波路コア列を有し、その上に
該コアより屈折率の低い樹脂が塗布されてクラツ
ド層を形成しているものである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のプラスチツク光導波路構成体
。
