Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 低速電子線によつて蛍光体層を励起して発
光表示を行う蛍光表示管において、透明なガラス
基板の一主面上に低融点ガラス層を介して接合形
成された配線層と電極層とを含む陽極基板を有す
ることを特徴とする蛍光表示管。 (2) 配線層と電極層として１〜２０μｍのＡｌ
とＮｉのうちのいずれか一方の金属薄膜を用いた
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蛍光表示管
。 (3) 配線層及び電極層とガラス基板との接合面
の表面に梨地処理と無機材料を用いた着色処理の
うちのいずれか一方の処理を施した実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の蛍光表示管。
