- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下部に複数の押出し孔が形成された蒟蒻糊
を入れる貯留槽と、該貯留槽に取付けられ内部の
蒟蒻糊を加圧する加圧手段と、上記複数の押出し
孔に同心状に設けられた水吹出しノズルと、該水
吹出しノズルに独立に設けられた流量計とを有し
てなることを特徴とする管状蒟蒻製造装置。 (2) 水吹出しノズルには温度制御装置が取付け
られている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
管状蒟蒻製造装置。
