Claims (1)
- 選択性酸素分離膜を有する酸素分離モジユール
と、該モジユールに空気を供給するためのブロワ
ーと、同モジユールの透過側を減圧するための真
空ポンプを備えた酸素富化空気を得るための装置
において、真空ポンプの吐出側からの導管の先端
を、外径２００mm以下の縦型筒状水滴受の上半部
側面に連通し、該連通位置よりも上側の位置に酸
素富化空気吹出口を設けたことを特徴とする酸素
富化装置。
