- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マニプレータアームに加わる負荷を支える
アーム、および上記アームに設けられ上記アーム
端部のたわみ角を検出する光学式角度検出器を備
えたマニプレータアーム装置。 (2) 光学式角度検出器の発光部および受光部の
内の少なくとも一方をアーム基部に備え、入射光
および反射光の内の少なくとも一方を関節に備え
た光フアイバーにより導くようにした特許請求の
範囲第１項記載のマニプレータアーム装置。
