  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直線運動する移動体の位置を検出するリニア位
    置検出器において、 移動体に設けられた山形の反射面を有するミラ
    ーと、 このミラーに対して且つ移動体の移動方向に平
    行に不動状に設けられた規制的断続反射面からな
    る反射部と、 移動体の運動始端側又は終端側の何れかに不動
    状に設けた光源と、 移動体を間にして上記光源と対向させて不動状
    に設けられた受光素子を有し、 上記光源から出射された光が上記ミラー及び上
    記反射部を経て上記受光素子に至るように光路を
    設定したことを特徴とするリニア位置検出器。
