第７図イ，ロは従来の分離ゲート型バイオセンサ
を示す図であつて、イは表面の樹脂コート膜を除
いた平面図、ロはイにこの樹脂コート膜を設けた
ときの―断面図である。 図中、１２はゲート電極用銀電極、１３は比較
電極用銀電極、１４はイオン感応性膜、２３は配
線基板、２４はＦＥＴである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゲート電極と比較電極とを対向して有しかつゲ
    ート電極上の少なくとも一部にイオン感応性膜を
    被覆したイオン感応部と、電界効果型半導体とを
    配線基板上に個別に配置し接続して有することを
    特徴とするバイオセンサ。
