サの他の実施例を示す平面図である。第４図はこ
の考案の感湿センサのさらに他の実施例を示す平
面図である。第５図はこの考案の背景となる従来
の感湿センサの一例を示す平面図である。第６図
は第５図に示す従来の感湿センサを検知回路に接
続した状態を示す図解図である。 図において、１０は感湿センサ、１２は基板、
１４は絶縁体層、１６はくし形電極、１８は端子
電極、２０は感湿膜、２２は孔、２４は取付け電
極、２６は絶縁板、２８は接続電極を示す。
