３は接合フランジ、４はデイフユーザ、５はベー
スプレート、６は散気装置本体、７は散気用空気
供給管、１３は円環状ゴムパツキング、１４はパ
ツキング、１５は金属製または合成樹脂製ワツシ
ヤ、１６はボルト、１７は散気装置、１８は空気
室である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端側の周壁にオリフイス孔１を備えているボ
    ス部２の基端側の外周に接合フランジ３が一体に
    設けられ、かつ箱形のデイフユーザ４の周縁部を
    接合したベースプレート５が前記オリフイス孔１
    と接合フランジ３との間においてボス部２に一体
    に設けられて、散気装置本体６が構成され、前記
    ボス部２の基端部が散気用空気供給管７の周壁に
    設けられた透孔に嵌挿され、前記接合フランジ３
    は散気用空気供給管７に係止されていることを特
    徴とする一体型ベースプレートを有する散気装置
    。
