側）に設けた本考案装置の略示側面図であり、第
２図はガードの前方（ドツフア側）に設けた本発
明装置の略示側面図であり、第３図は第１，２図
に示したフラツトブラシ及び清掃ローラの駆動装
置を示す略示正面図である。 これらの図に於いて、１はカードのフレーム、
２は支持部材、３はフラツト案内ローラ、４はフ
ラツト、５はフラツトブラシ、６は回転清掃ロー
ラ、７は保護板、８は吸引装置、９は動力伝達装
置、１０はモーター、１１はシリンダ、５１，６
１は針布、８１は回収容器、８２は掻取り縁、８
３は吸引通路、８４は突出部、である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フラツトバー４の針布に近接して作用する針
    布５１を有する低速回転フラツトブラシ５、該フ
    ラツトブラシ５の針布５１と僅かなゲージを保つ
    針布６１を有する高速回転清掃ローラ６を具え、
    剥ぎ取られたフラツト屑、屑綿などを下方に配置
    された吸引装置８へ誘導する回収装置８１を清掃
    ローラ６に連携させたカードの回転フラツト清掃
    装置であつて、前記回収装置８１が前記高速回転
    清掃ローラ６の針布６１との間に僅かな間隙を有
    するように設置された掻取り縁８２又は突出部８
    ４を具備することを特徴とするカードの回転フラ
    ツト清掃装置。 ２ フラツトブラシ５が鉤状針布５１を具備する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    に記載された装置。 ３ フラツトブラシ５の周速がフラツト４の走行
    速度よりも高いことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載された装置。 ４ 清掃ローラ６に長い針を有する針布６１を設
    けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項から第３項の何れか１項に記載された装置。 ５ 清掃ローラ６の周速が４５．０米／分以上で
    あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項から第４項の何れか１項に記載された装置。６ 回収装置８１を、屑綿を捕捉し且つ運び去る
    ように凹面状に形成したことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項から第５項までの何れか
    １項に記載された装置。７ 清掃ローラ６とフラツト４の間に保護板７を
    設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
