第１図は本考案の包装容器のカーリング装置の
一実施例の立面図、第２図は第１図のカーリング
装置の断面図、第３図は容器のフランジの折り曲
げ動作を説明する図、第４図は本実施例によるカ
ーリング装置を組み込んだ無菌充填包装機を示す
図、第５図は第４図の無菌充填包装機による容器
の成形及び打ち抜きの状態を示す図である。 １：カーリング装置、２：ターンテーブル、２
１：軸、２３：円板、３：容器ホルダ、３１：回
転軸、３２：保持ヘツド、４：駆動機構、５：過
熱装置、６：成形装置、７：取出し機構。

Claims (1)
- 間欠回転するターンテーブルに複数の容器ホル
ダを回転軸線が該ターンテーブルの回転軸線とほ
ぼ直角になるようにして円周方向に当間隔に設け
、該各容器ホルダには歯車を接続して該歯車を該
ターンテーブルと同軸に回転する歯車と噛み合わ
せ、該容器ホルダの移送経路の途中には該容器ホ
ルダに支持された容器のフランジを加熱する加熱
装置と加熱されたフランジの周辺部を折曲げ成形
する成形装置とを設け、該容器ホルダには保持さ
れている容器内に圧力空気を導入できる空気通路
を設けたことを特徴とする包装容器のカーリング
装置。
