Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸が貫通する静止密封環と回転密封環を環
状の密封端面で摺接させ、前記回転密封環を静止
密封環側へ弾圧付勢したアウトサイドメカニカル
シールにおいて、 前記回転密封環内周面に、密封端面背後から他
端側に至る軸パツキン溝を形成し、この軸パツキ
ン溝に、前記回転密封環と回転軸の間を気密にす
る軸パツキンを装着し、密封流体の異常圧力を受
けたとき前記軸パツキンを押圧し、この軸パツキ
ンが回転密封環と回転軸間の気密性を解放する位
置迄移動する量だけ軸方向に撓むことのできる軸
パツキン用バネを環状の支持部材を介して設けた
ことを特徴とするアウトサイドメカニカルシール
。
