- 不動部材に各一端が枢着された長さの等しい複
数本のリンクと、これらのリンクの各他端に枢着
されて被測定物に一体的な移動台と、前記被測定
物の微少変位を拡大する方向の前記移動台の変位
量を測定する測定器とからなることを特徴とする
微少変位測定装置。
