Claims (1)
- 長さの等しい対となつた少なくとも一組のリン
クと、これらのリンクの一端に枢着支持された移
動台と、その移動台の移動方向と直交する方向に
長く前記リンクを対称方向にわずかに開いた角度
をもつて停止させる内方端を有する長孔が形成さ
れた不動部材と、前記リンクの他端の長孔に沿つ
た変位量を測定する測定器とよりなることを特徴
とする変位測定装置。
