正を自動的に行う自動校正装置において、 前記分析計に供給される試料の流路をサンプリ
ング信号により切り替える流路切替手段と、 この流路切替手段により流路が切り替えられた
前記試料を貯溜させる標準試料タンクと、 この標準試料タンク内に前記試料について校正
に用いる値を測定した後、これを分析値の校正に
用いる標準試料として校正信号により前記分析計
に供給する標準試料供給手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする自動校正装置。
