車間距離Ｒが急変してから所定時間内にある場合
、又は該車間距離Ｒが所定値Ｒ０より小さな場合
のいずれかの場合に、次式 ＶａＴｄ＋Ｖａ２−（Ｖａ＋ｄｄｔＲ）２２α
≧Ｒ （但し、Ｖａ：自車速、Ｔｄ：運転者の応答遅
れ時間、α：自車の制動による減速度） が成立することを判断して衝突防止のための危
険信号Ｄ１を発生することを特徴とする衝突警報
装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 先行車に対する自車の衝突の危険性を判定し、
    追突の危険が生じていると判定した場合に警報信
    号を発する情報処理回路３を備えた衝突警報装置
    において、前記先行車に対する車間距離Ｒが急変
    してから所定時間内にある場合、又は該車間距離
    Ｒが所定値Ｒ０より小さな場合のいずれかの場合
    に、次式 ＶａＴｄ＋Ｖａ２−（Ｖａ＋ｄｄｔＲ）２２α
    ≧Ｒ （但し、Ｖａ：自車速、Ｔｄ：運転者の応答遅
    れ時間、α：自車の制動による減速度） が成立することを判断して衝突防止のための危
    険信号Ｄ１を発生する情報処理回路を有すること
    を特徴とする衝突警報装置。
