Claims (1)
- 被可動部材に取付けたコイルと前記被可動部材
の移動方向に沿わせて延設し前記コイルとの間に
磁気空隙を形成する永久磁石とこの永久磁石を取
付けたヨークとによる磁気回路を備えたリニアモ
ータにおいて、前記コイルを前記被可動部材の移
動方向に分割離間させて設け、前記永久磁石の長
さを隣接コイル間の離間距離に１つのコイル長さ
を加えた長さ相当に設定したことを特徴とするリ
ニアモータ。
