- 積層されたシート状物の上面周辺部を吸着して
持上げ一枚ずつ取出し移送するシート状物の取出
装置において、吸着具を下端部に配設しかつ上下
駆動機構を備えた持上げ部材を、少なくとも一対
シート状物の周辺部に対応して配設したことを特
徴とするシート状物の取出装置。
