  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波信号源からの信号を高周波信号通路を通
    じて出力端子に導いたり、その信号を阻止したり
    する高周波スイツチ回路において、 上記高周波信号通路と接地との間に接続され、
    阻止しようとする信号周波帯のほゞ中央に共振し
    た直列共振回路と、 その直列共振回路の共振用コンデンサと接地と
    の間において、その直列共振回路と直列に挿入さ
    れた半導体スイツチ素子とを具備する高周波スイ
    ツチ回路。
