Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波信号源からの信号を高周波信号通路を通
じて出力端子に導いたり、その信号を阻止したり
する高周波スイツチ回路において、 上記高周波信号通路と接地との間に接続され、
阻止しようとする信号周波帯の上側または下側の
周波数に共振した並列共振回路と、 その並列共振回路と直列に接続された直流阻止
用コンデンサと、 その直流阻止用コンデンサと接地との間におい
て、その直流阻止用コンデンサと直列に挿入され
た半導体スイツチ素子とを具備する高周波スイツ
チ回路。
